1. How Long Takes To Receive A Custom Made Dress?

Our usual delivery time for custom dresses is 2-4 weeks. Please send us a direct message to our email if you need a dress sooner, cupcakecouturedress@gmail.com

We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal

3. Can I Visit Your Local Store?

We are online store only and don't have an actual storefront however we will have pop up boutiques in the future.

4. What Is The Status Of My Order?

5. How is your sizing? Where Is Your Size Chart?

Our dresses may have a slight variety in sizing depending on the cut and style. Luckily, every dress has a size chart listed in the product description. We recommend sizing up if child is in between two sizes. If you need help with sizing please send us a email, cupcakecouturedress@gmail.com to help you find the perfect fit.

6. What are the Care Instructions?

Please dry clean or hand wash. Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach item. We also recommend using a handheld steamer prior to your event.

7. What Is Your Return Policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items within 14 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
